DATES FOR THE FALL TRIP!

2nd Annual BMMC Fall Cruise [size=12](Please Note Date Change!)[/size]

  Friday Oct 31st- Leave Tulsa for Eureka (Around noonish)
  
  
• 
  Friday night- Dinner and Ghost Tour at the Crescent Hotel
  
• 
  Saturday Nov 1st- Cruise up to Silver Dollar City
  
• 
  Saturday Night - Stay the night up by Branson
  
• 
  Sunday Nov 2nd- Head back to Tulsa.
  

Once again.... gotta get a head count and how many rooms you'll need. I'LL NEED THIS BY AUG 15TH! Don't Delay!

Well you know I'm in. I will let you know what I find about the room accomadations in Eureka as soon as we get a close head count.

Brenda and i are in.Hoping the knee is ok by then.They don't want to work on my knee until the cut on my shin is well.(some infection going on )I am also going in tomorrow for a mri on both shoulders.Possiable rotator cuff tears which is old news but they seem to be getting worse.I may be in a urn by then but brenda says i can go along.

I'm in!! Wouldn't miss another Eureka trip! Put me and the mrs. down for a room both nights.

Cassie and I wont be able to attend. I promised myself I would run the Tulsa Run this year and have been training for it. Its Saturday the 25th. I missed it last year due to an injury...I wont miss it this year...sorry guys...Im doing this for a Friend I lost a few years go. Promised myself I would run this when I was healthy.

PS this sucks...Cassie and I have been looking forward to this, but it conflicts with prior engagements.

Your friend would want you to have fun and live your life. Do what you feel you need to but I'm just saying that if it was me I would want all my friends to live life to the fullest and have fun at every moment because you never know when your time is up. It wont be as fun without you guys. I hope you change your mind.

Thanks for the advice David, But I want to run the Tulsa run. He did it every year...I have never been apart of it and promised I would do it, just never got around to it while he was alive. This isnt just for him...its for me

We'll miss you and Cassie, but I certainly respect your decision. Board people - what about if we changed the dates of the fall cruise so Jarrod and Cassie can make it? (e.g.; the weekend before or after 10/25?)

maybe the weekend b4? i cant do the weekend after, not that anyone cares if im there or not, but me and my GF have plans halloween weekend..

Yeah. I am up for any of those weekends. Just let me know so my wife can get off work.

Thanks for the support guys.... Cassie says the week before is a no go due to her boss being out of town...but the week after is perfect!! mmmmmm a halloween excursion...sounds spooky..but fun.

What say the club we move the trip to the week after the Tulsa Run. That will give the board enough time to train for the run themselves and do the run with me :) Im game for anyone that wants to do it!!
