If i remember right... I heard somewhere that it was a $40,000 fine to cut cats out for a shop. It may be $4,000 not sure but it aint pretty.

Don't even start with the EPA. That is the biggest waste of government money I have ever seen. Not to mention that they are a non-governing body that has the ability to make laws.
