Springs aren't going to help that fugly a$$ wanna be pony look better! If you install those springs, you will make the pretty springs ugly!

Well, probably be at least a week before I get these in, so maybe in two weeks if everything works right. Also depends if I can get in my driveway with the sportlines on, I should be ok but never know. :)

If it doesn't fit in the driveway with the new springs, get the driveway redone. Easy fix. lol!

Yea, that won't happen. I think my driveway will be ok, the drive up the hill at work may be a no go though, its a step sob.

Re: New lowering springs for the cobra

Well, finally got all the parts in and installed them today at work. Installed the sportline springs, tokico d-spec shocks/struts, adjustable panhard and lower relocation bracket. All went well installing them, no big hang ups. Set the alignment, installed the camber adjusters that Paul found, they work awesome! So here are the some pictures, I will give some stock, ford spring and finally sportline pictures to compare. It hard to tell the difference in pictures, but it for sure lowered front and rear 1/2 inch more. Not bad for 83 dollar gamble for these springs! :) I just need to find tune the d-specs, I had 3 full turns loose and it seemed to bouncy, I then went 2 full turns loose is about right now. It honestly doesn't ride much different then stock now, I likey.

Stock springs:

Ford Springs:

Sportline springs:

I really like it, it rides great, handles great and no noises to speak of. I could get in my driveway at home and it also looked like I could get up the large hill we have a work so I should be good to go. I know some people don't like the really low look, but hey, my truck is slammed might as well do the car also. :) All it needs now is some aftermarket 18's or 20's and its gonna look sweet!
