Please read carefully the following forum guidelines and rules.

About the Club and forum: BMMC does its best to maintain a member friendly Club and Website. While some forums are "Wide Open and Anything Goes", BMMC is purposely not. BMMC is a private site solely owned and maintained by the club's board members. We try to maintain a respectable site that encourages a like minded member community with like minded interests and values. Unfortunately, incidents in the past dictate a set of Terms and Conditions that all members must follow. They are listed below…

All persons who establish an account and user name with the Bold Moves Mustang Club (“BMMC”) forum hereby acknowledge the following:

General Statement and Agreement

The BMMC is not a public club and forum. It is a privately owned and administered Club and Forum; as such, the moderators, administrators, BMMC Board Members, and/or the webmaster (herein referred to collectively as the “Administrators”) have the right to restrict and/or control its content and usage as they please.

- You acknowledge having been notified of the existence of these rules and have read same;
- You agree to adhere to and abide by these rules;
- You grant the Administrators the right to delete, move or edit your post, thread, topic, user name, or account at any time without prior notice or approval.
-You hereby certify that your email address, name, and other mandatory profile information required for registration are correct.


Guidelines/Rules:

The Administrators of this forum reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable posts at their discretion and/or upon receipt of a complaint(s) regarding same; however, it is impossible for them to review each post. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion and/or views of their respective authors and not those of the Administrators (except messages posted by them) and consequently the Administrators shall not be held responsible for any posts in this forum other than their own.

This forum uses cookies to store information on your computer. These cookies do not contain any personal information; they are used only to improve speed while browsing the forum. The email address you used when establishing a user account on this forum is used only to confirm the details of your registration, to send you your password if you forget it, and occasionally for important communications direct from the Administrators. We promise to never sell your email address to any outside party, nor to use it for solicitation purposes.

- Although this is a privately owned forum, the posts contained herein are accessible to and may be read by anyone on the internet. It is therefore the goal of the Administrators to keep all posts in this forum at a PG-13 standard or better.
- Aggressive and/or slanderous messages; personal insults and criticisms; coarse and/or vulgar language; and any post in violation of U.S and/or State of Oklahoma laws are prohibited. The sole exception to this rule is the sub-forum labeled “The Saloon”, which shall not be monitored by Administrators for coarse and/or vulgar language. Admittance into The Saloon forum is for members only on a voluntary basis and by request only and the Administrators shall not be held responsible for any post contained therein. However, general safe rules of conduct within that sub-forum apply.

-The Administrators have the right to make judgment calls as far as content and action taken on any posts in any forum or sub-forum
of the BMMC message and forum boards.
- Posts which threaten a member or Administrator are prohibited and will be deleted immediately.
- Posts which contain racial, ethnic, and/or religious slurs are prohibited and will be deleted immediately.
- Posts which promote or in any way encourage illegal practices or activities are prohibited and will be deleted immediately.
- Any information taken from another site or source must properly credit such source within the post (assuming the source site does not prohibit such practice).
- Please post your messages only once. Duplicate posts are subject to deletion by the Administrators.
- Bottom line.. Please use good judgment, common sense and class when posting.

The Administrators reserve the right to delete any post in violation of any of the above provisions without prior notice to the author. You are hereby advised and acknowledge that the IP address of the originating computer of each post on this forum is recorded.


Club Membership
As stated above, the Bold Moves Mustang Club of Tulsa is a private entity. Actual club membership is separate from Forum membership. Club membership is determined and approved solely by the club’s Board Members and/or Senior Members.

Guidelines and membership approval:
-Unlike other clubs that charge well over $100 annually.... the cost of BMMC Membership is a low one-time fee of $35. This includes one club t-shirt (in your choice of colors) and a rear window decal. Our low lifetime fee also gains admittance for you and your family into club sponsored events free of charge unless otherwise stated. The club also provides meals, drinks, giveaways and/or door prizes at most events at no additional charge to our members!

What we do?!
There are some that like to go racing but not do car shows... Some want to only do shows... and some want to do it all. BMMC was developed to have something for everyone. We have many events to appeal to just about everyone. These events include Drag Racing, Road Racing, Car Shows, one day cruise events, overnight cruise events, the annual 4th of July Bash and of course tech days. BMMC is also the first and only car club in the area to sponsor a loyalty program called the Mustang Challenge.

Member conduct:
- Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner and represent the club and its sponsors in the same positive manner. Malicious behavior will not be tolerated and are grounds for your membership to be rejected or revoked.
-While nobody can make every event (we all have families!) event participation is encouraged.
