Anyone been pulled over for having no cats?

Ahh most cops don't even know what cats are, unless they are car guys. Me and my bro got pulled over in his coupe because we were just wearing our lap belts (5pnt harness) my bro had his car turned off, but the fan still running - the cop "can you turn off your motor?" IDIOT, and i believe he also told us that 5pnt harnesses wern't as good as regular seat belts?

Wow genious cop there! LOL. So I guess Indy and NASCAR need to start using stock shoulder belts

I checked, he can not write a ticket for emissions, or emissions controls, but he can write a ticket for modified exhaust. I forgot the wording but they can write a ticket for a noise violation, thats it.
