Re: Dyno at vangs
vangs is a great place, been there many times to dyno my cars...
they dont do sct stuff, if you need to make an adjustment just use your handheld and be good...
now if you want a tune and a hand held my brother inlaw is a diablo tuner/dealer if your interested

Yo Tony...are you wanting to make some adjustments if neccessary? Hopefully Brenspeed got that Saleen Supercharger dialed in as far as the tune goes...that way you dont have to mess with anything

All i need is information to send back to brenspeed.
they will make adj.if neccessary and e-mail the changes to me.I will not let vang make any changes.

Then all you need is hp/tq and air/fuel ratio, vangs can probably email you a dyno run file after your done which you can give to breenspeed for adjustments. What I did when I had mine dynoed.

That is what i am going to do if they do air/fuel. I think mine is running rich on the brenspeed tune so i was going to find out and then talked to brenspeed about changing the tune.

I am pretty sure on mail order tunes you need to send them more info than A/F ratio hp/trq numbers for them to correct your tune. You usually need to datalog all the info with you handheld and send that to them.

If it is just A/F ration you can change that yourself with you handheld.

Re: Dyno at vangs
Tony...Vangs doesnt need SCT software for you to get the info you need. Have them give you a printout of your dyno run with air to fuel. Also if someone has a labtop with livewire installed you can datalog your dyno run. That way you can send both the Dyno sheet and datalog to brenspeed for adjustments.
The only reason you would need Vangs to have SCT software is if they were going to be dynotuning your car.
