Re: Hit and run.

Post by Papi on May 1st 2009, 11:30 pm

I saw one beast on the lift that day i went. very impressive. I like to see that fox run.

Well I'll be getting the check next week. Insurance guy came by my job and did an estimate. $1008.oo in damage, minus the $300 deductible. WOW!!! Mike has the California Special bumper in stock and I'm going with it. Once i get the check i'll be off to get her fixed and be driving a rental (free) for a while. 4 days tops..... I hope. This Saturday I'll be dropping the cams in the car and pray to the car gods all goes well. Wish me luck. thumbsup

He are the cams at my job. I got them. I even made a binder and put all the information in how to install the cams and phase limiters in the car. I think i did a good job with it. one i get the issue with my SCT scanner fixed, I'll begin with the install.

The instructions i have have step by step pics. I've even have a copy of a Ford manual in install and removal of the cams. I will take few pics of my work. i sure wish i had an extra set of valve covers but some one in a triple black 427 beet me to it. I really wanted to get my covers painted Screaming Yellow while my cars at the body shop. lol!
