Looking for pity

Post by pony74055 on May 27th 2009, 2:38 pm

Ok I went and did it yesterday son of a gun. I seem to not be able to walk across a gravel lot without breaking something. I have torn the ligaments in my left ankle and am going to need to have them reattached.

Seriously I was walking across the gravel lot and rolled my ankle and now they say it is FUBAR and will need surgery to fix it.

I feel your pain man. Sorry to hear about it. I twisted both my ankles once in a 3 month time frame. I was running in formation when i was in the Marines. Both times i was running close to the edge of the road and down i went. "A perfect tuck and roll", thats what my Gunery Sergant said to me, thye first time. HA HA !! Boy did it hurt so frweaking bad. All i got was some ice, crutches, ace bandage and plenty of Ibuprofin. (spelling ?) I too fear when i walk on gravle, sand, or anything thats not flat.

Thats not fun at all. Been there done that as well. Took months to heal. Everytime I hit uneven ground it gave out again re-injuring the same spot. Sorry to hear dude.

you should be good for hallet since its your left foot, you have an automatic so just use 1 foot.
unless you use both feet....that would be hard to do....i have no sense of feeling when breaking on my left foot
