Michael Jackson dead at 50

The Los Angeles Times reports that Michael Jackson has died at age 50 after being rushed to UCLA Medical Center.

Los Angeles Fire Department Capt. Steve Ruda told the newspaper that Jackson was not breathing when paramedics arrived at his home and CPR was performed.

TMZ.com reported that he may have suffered cardiac arrest.

kinda sad. he may have been a weird guy but he was talented. Thriller was one of the greatest albums ever!!!

i actually just looked it up and "Thriller" is the best selling album of all time.

yeah he was a strange one... but its hard to look past what he did for the industry...

Strange fellow indeed. I prefered him when he was still a black guy. He went wierd when he turned white.

I bet they find out cocaine or something like that contributed to the heart failure

I don't think it will be any "Recreational Drugs" that killed him. My money is on the anti depressants or something like that. Lord knows what he was taking. He didn't get white on his own.

And yes, he was a major player and did a lot for the music biz obviously, but I still think he's weird. Jarrod stayed the night with him and drank Jesus juice. Maybe he'll chime in here.

Love him or hate him, he was a very talented guy. Thriller is a great album, but Off The Wall is better IMO. Yep, when he was black.

off the wall was another really good album. Hell I think most of his songs were hits. Just one very strange cookie!!

I have not heard a radio station play a Michael Jackson song, hell I don't know when. But yesterday, almost all day, they played his songs.

I feel the same way. Not really sure if he did it or not. But I do know, I would NEVER EVER let my boys go over there by themselves to play. Let alone spend the night. The guy was strange. Eveyone knew that. No big secret!! The parents were dumbasses in my opinion. Why would you let your 8 year old son go and spend the night with a 40 year old man? I mean who does that? People looking for MONEY!!!
