Panhard bar question

What is the difference between chrome moly and tubular? I am definately going to get the "on car" adjustable one. Here is my choices:

They are all really close in price range. Which one is the "better" one?

chrome moly is lighter and stronger the tubular is mild steel the prefered metel of choice in race car chasies and roll cages
