I gave Ronny a pass. He can be the support truck. It's amazing that he'd pay $500 just to hang out with us. But ya... we're that cool. We're worth it...

I have 2 cb radios.I will be using one on the trip.If the lead car wants to use the other one let me know.They are way better than a hand held.The antenna has a magnetic base.Most all of the across america bunch ran them.Will not hurt the paint or do any damage to the trunk or roof.Walmart sells the cb cheap.I bought mine off craigs list.It plugs in the lighter.Something to think about,Tony.

Once you do,you will be very happy.My radio is 4''x6''.I used velcro to attach it to the side of the console.I even added a external speaker.

At night just unplug and unscrew the antenna from the cb,pull the mag base off the trunk and put it all in the trunk.So easy a boldmoves member can do it.
