I have a single shot 12 ga made by Stevens that has been cut down to home defence length - That gun makes a mighty big hole ot 10-15 feet - One shot is all it will take with 3" magnum " T " loads - - O U C H !

I had a 500 with a full tube. It held 8 rounds of 2 3/4 in shells I put a pistol grip stock on it and it was really perfect for a home shotgun. Just load up with some OO or OOO buck shells and if u need it just hunker down and let fly in the general direction of the bad guy. You really don't need a 12" barrel to get the job done. Those shorties just have more "cock" value. Lol
