4.10s installed

Post by 98tulsaslobra on October 31st 2009, 2:45 pm

They feel great! But i still feel a little sluggish.Anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? Its a loss through my whole powerband but mainly up top.I have IMRC Deletes with tune, new coils / wires / plugs / cpu. I filled it up with gas again and that didnt fix anything. This sluggish feeling happened before the 4.10s and it is still there.I need ideas!

I would take it to Greg and run it on the dyno. You can datalog it and see what your fuel and spark is doing. Might be a fuel issue, might just be a tune issue.

Now when you say sluggish...what are you meaning? is it studdering? stalling? or just "feel" slower?

I would think the tune is a good place to start. Hard to say for sure. I'd datalog and run at the track to see what it runs ET and MPH compared to any previous times.

Did you check the gap on the new spark plugs? If they are gapped incorrectly that could be some of your problem.
