Shifter

I am thinking about a shifter for my six speed tranny. What do you guys think about the Steeda Tri-ax shifter.....

Steeda is a good call.

Might ask David L what he went with. Steeda Tri Ax is usually a good choice.

I don't have a six speed but I do have a Tri-Ax from steeda. I have been more than happy and I'm sure that I can thank it for keeping my transmission alive for nearly two years now since I had to have it rebuilt. (I abuse transmissions like no other). The MGW is great too but it's more pricey. I think either way you'll be happy. Both are light years beyond the stock unit.

shifter and clutch

Post by melthrottlejunky on November 14th 2009, 7:33 am

Hey guys, thanks for the input. I went with the Triax shifter with the Mcleod RXT clutch and flywheel combo. When I install it I will let you guys now how it came out....
