Finally installed my CAI and tune!

Post by Oldokie on November 24th 2009, 1:17 pm

In the cool weather, the car gains a lot of hp already, but with this CAI and tune... Whoopie! I can hardly wait to get my pulley put on and my sc ported at PSE superchargers.

http://pse.us/?OVRAW=pse%20superchargers&OVKEY=pse%20supercharger&OVMTC=standard&OVADID=2725340512&OVKWID=29669181512

The sc whine (growl?) is now about 3 times louder. When (if) I ever retire this car from a daily driver I'll put the SLP's on and really make a racket! The car's looking especially good right now thanks to Jerry. Where's a car show when you need one?

I was curious as to how that turned out. Glad you like the new go fast goodies. Now you need traction, LOTS OF IT!!!. One little cross walk at an intersection and you have wheel hop once you get off of the paint. Im just guessing, I wouldn't know, lol! .

Yeah, I have the parts that are supposed to fix that. Then this spring I'll get some Nitto track tires and then LOOK OUT HALLETT!!!
