Powder Coated....

Ok so instead of buying new wheels I was thinking about powder coating the ones I have. I know nothing about this though....First off does it look good? Will it be shiny or just dull? Does anyone recommend someone? I assume this is a lot cheaper.....

Yes it is a lot cheaper! I powder coated my wifes wheels and we lovem. When it comes to shiny or dull, it depends on what you choose. What color are you going with?

I want black but I want it to be shiny!

Just go to tulsa powdercoating and ask for Gloss black powdercoat. They can also show you samples they have done to make sure you like it. I think 35 a wheel and 45 a wheel if you want them sandblasted.

Yep... however you will have to remove the tires from the rims before you take them in.

My neighbor down stairs from me has a brother that works at one of these powder coating places. I find out witch one and see if she can do a favor for us.

My neighbor's brother works at the powder coating place in B.A. I can ask her to see if he can hook you up. Might have to work that lady charm on him.
