Top Gear USA

I missed this.... Look like they are gonna try again. Not sure on the hosts... Tanner is cool don't really know the others. I would have like to see Jay Leno, Adam Carolla, Tim Allen and Christopher Titas. That would have awesome.

Foust will be OK; Adam Ferrara sucks; don't know anything about the third guy. Ferrara is a third-rate stand-up comedian who can only get jobs on TV shows produced, directed by, or starring his good buddy Denis Leary (e.g.; "Rescue Me"; "The Job"). Whenever Leary's TV career is over, so is Ferrara's. I doubt he'll have anything valuable at all to contribute to this new series. Jay Leno should have been the main host - he'll drive a greater variety of cars (from his own collection) in one week than these three will have seen in their entire lifetimes. Leno should have let Conan have The Tonight Show and he should be producing/starring in Top Gear USA. Jerry Seinfeld would have been another good choice - he and some friends built a racetrack in upstate New York just so they'd have a place to race cars from their collection. Seinfeld has one of just about every Porsche model ever made.

NBC, ABC, CBS ESPN, DISC hell ... Not even PBS will return our calls. But PBS is a bunch of libs so i'm not really heartbroken about that.

Ya.... my thought too. That's what make the UK version so great. It will take time for the US version time to take shape. If it can.

I'm still not happy with the host selection of the US version. But I'll give them a shot.
