Vortech supercharger accessories

I have been trying to piece together a vortech supercharger kit for my car and now have some questions... does the vortech supercharger REQUIRE a bypass valve or can i do without it? And how beneficial is the aftercooler kit... i cant really find any Dyno charts that post with and without aftercooler...

you need a bypass, just the cheap small ones, don't need the big ones that are like $200.

no, aftercooler just a upgrade, wouldn't worry about that cause you can add it later if you want.
