Plugs are easy man.
What plugs do you plan on running? I run NGK BR7EF gapped @ .026 for my boosted application.

Re: Spark Plugs
heres the key. turn them half a turn, spray carb cleaner around them and let it soak. then youll be able to turn them the rest of the way and remove them. carbon build-up is the problem you are referring to. guys are breaking plugs off right and left. also, when you get aftermarket plugs, make sure you get one piece plugs and dont go with oem 2 piece motorcraft ones.

Re: Spark Plugs
good info for the turn and spray. i personally have never had any issues with mine. have taken them out multiple times. have 45k on mine and i'm starting to get eng misfire codes randomly. pretty sure it just needs new plugs. it hasn't ever missed a beat as far as running goes. i'll probably go with brisk plugs when i change

Re: Spark Plugs
I have never broke a plug in the 3 valves as of yet the carb trick works great. The only true one piece plugs are made by brisk the auto lights are not. brisk arn't cheap

Re: Spark Plugs
Be sure and dab a little nickel anti-seize compound on the threads of the new plugs before you install them.
