BTW... you have to drop a player before picking up another and you propose trades to other owners.

Week 1 Match ups and Picks...

Well it's finally started! Last night the Vikings and the Saints kicked off what promised to be an offensive shootout only it turned out to be a defensive battle. Thus those of you that had members from either team made but half of your projected points.

With that here's my picks for this weeks BMMC Fantasy league.

2006GT vs. Big Blocks
Not even close in this one. This will be my lock of the week. 2006GT has just too many weapons for Big Blocks to overcome. Rumors around the league are already talking about a perfect season for the 2006GT's. Big Blocks is currently leading but only because 2006GT hasn't played anyone yet. Come noon Sunday 2006GT's points will start accumulating faster then the national debt.

Mental Midgets Vs. Bold Moves Tulsa
Mental has two of his top players going against a tough Jet defense which if proves true, will lead to low points. On the flip side, look for Peyton to put up big points against a weak Texans secondary. That being said... Gotta go with Bold Move in this match up.


Freaking Puerto Ricans vs. Cabo
What is going on in the Clabo camp? Last minute roster setup and a decision not to play his optional W/T? And what is up with the Ricans benching Javid Best and instead going with Thomas Jones? Really? Does Hector know something we don't? Unless a change is made, I gotta go with Clabo by a slim margin here.

packers sux vs. DBLDARE
Ahhh... the battle of the Davids. Packers needed a big hand from Favre and the Viks Def last night but that didn't happen. By the 2nd half, Favre looked like he was ready to soak his dentures and ready bed. This however with be a close match up. I'm gonna pick DBLDARE mainly because Leonard is a douche bag.

Kirbosky vs.TDs 'N Beer
Just not a big fan of Kolb and with Percy only scoring 3.45 pts last night... Gotta go with Kirb in this match up. Plus I like Matt Schaub against the Indy Def. Ya... Kirb in this one.


carbuyer vs. Sonic Blues
If Drew would have had a great game last night I'd be all over the carbuyers in this one. On the Sonic's side. Cutler is way over rated and he proved that last year. However he is playing the Lions this week which can make anyone look like a rockstar. That coupled with Mendenhall... I'm going with Sonic in this close match up. However if Addai has a great game... all bets are off.

Well my team sucked it up last night, got to hope for a big day from my rb's and te this sunday for any chance. My team will be in prime condition next week to take the short man out, undefeated season my ass!

Are you serious with the projected BS??? I missed projected by a total of 9 points for two guys.... sonicblues missed projected one player by 21 points.

Not really concerned. The Vegas odd makers have your chances of beating me lower than you actually being able to wipe your own ass.
