Update on my stolen 04 Cobra

I sure hope there is more to this than what is shown here. Maybe it is time to call Detective McKown. From what I see here, he is now a convicted felon. The bad news is he is out there able to steal Cobra's again.

I was looking at Stallions link more closely and it appears Mike is in jail again for speeding and driving without a license. It appears he has been there since 7/28. If that is correct, he has spent more time in jail for speeding, driving without a license and no insurance than for stealing my car. To be fair, he bonded out before after 5 days in jail and he hasn't been able to bond out this time.

DOC site shows he was booked and it doesn't show any release date. However, can't find where he is being held. So we don't know if he in jail or not. Did you get my PM to you?

Called the Assistant DA today handling the case and the case against Mike Chaisson is on a 1996 Cobra stolen in Broken Arrow, not mine. The report states it is suspected that the interior and wheels are from my car. The reason Mike was given a deferred sentence is because this is the first time he has been caught so the Judge will usually give one "wake up" sentence before giving prison time. If he is caught stealing again, it is an automatic 5 years. So somebody elses Cobra is going to have to suffer the same fate as mine before he is put away for awhile. That is a shame.

ooh, speaking of that, i've seen a show where cops are putting out bait cars to catch thieves, The bait car has a camera in it, and the cops can control the functionality of the car.

He didn't show for his restitution hearing and was arrested when he visited his probation officer.
