Re: guess my hp
doesn't go till 5 tonight which is 6 your time. also crank hp is a higher number than wheel hp. also again, if it only gives me damn 417 crank hp i'd be very suprised. those are numbers for a heaton otherwise known as roush (not tvs) blower

Re: guess my hp
Ok since I think you'll have to detune slightly for engine longevity I'm guessing 445hp/470tq

Re: guess my hp
went and kept on getting a few codes. don't ask what they were i'm not at home to look.
pulled tb apart to re-clock it and all seemed well. got it going good enough to get it on the dyno. got in reversed about 20 feet and all the codes came back. i'll call edelbrock later or email them to ask about these issues. this kit came off a 2010 and was running just fine at that time.

Re: guess my hp
well got a electrical trouble shooting diag from edelbrock. while checking the resistance to the tps i was no where near the minimum resistance of 700 on a couple of them. i was at around 280. if i'm not retarded and did it correctly i need a new tps.
joshua are you out there...................i hope

Re: guess my hp
well found that i'm just retarded. did the math wrong. good news the tps is fine. continuing the diag. i found 3volts where there should be none. so tracing 1 wire back and find that issue

Re: guess my hp
so fantastic news (sarcasm), went to go to tuner last night and got about a mile. car died. coasted into parking lot, car started again. died again as i was about to pull out. this time no power to the hud or the obdII port. found fuse blown, replaced and car has same codes again. i think there is something causing the tps to go out. first thought is it has to be the 3.76 volts i was/am getting to the tp2 wire is the culprit.
so once again the car is parked in the garage and not moving. i went ahead and put car on storage rates for insurance since it will likely be next year sometime before i can deal with it since i'll be jobless in about a month and a half
