Cobra Thief Update

Looks like the courts have grown tired of Mike Chaisson and they appear to be revoking his deferred 5 year sentence. The Application to Accelerate is filed, as I understand it, when the defendent is not following the terms and conditions given at the time of the deferred sentence. Look at the guys eyebrows. What is up with that?
