Hood scoop went bye bye.

Post by Papi on November 10th 2010, 1:17 am

Well late in the night around 12:30 am, i was on the B.A. coming home. I see in my rear view mirror H.I.D. light as it speed up on me and passes. It was a Subaru WRX tsi. The car then slows down next to me.... Need me say more. He spools up and off we went, 3 time. I got him on each run. The 3rd run my hood scoop got scared and flew off my hood, cracked my windshield and left black scrape makes on my roof. I guess I don't like 140 + mps. So if you see my hood scoop on the B.A. between Aspen and Elm (west bound) can anyone pick it up for me? (don't pick it up).

That's it... The ticket and jail should have been a sign for me to stop speeding. Now I need a new hood scoop and windshield. Will have pics when the sun is up. hammer WTF stupid slapping

Here's the operative quote:

The hood scoop was the only smart one in this incident - it didn't want to get impounded so it left!! You know better than to be racing, Hector - a ticket or jail would be a good outcome; we don't want to lose a BMMC member. cheers
