Roush Super Charger

I got a buddy that has a 2008 GT he has a Roush super charger on it and he is wanting to put a smaller pulley on it. Is there a place where he can take it to have it changed it is a press on pulley type 2010 model super charger

theres not really any place in town thatll do it. i know a few of us have pulley pullers for this kind of stuff. im sure some one here will chime in
