name your top three none ford weaknesses

Post by ARMORINE on June 10th 2011, 12:29 am

just like the title says. name your top 3 none ford brand weaknesses. the rules are simple.

cant be older then 1980.
cant be a "supercar" or "exotic"

JDM IS ALLOWED.

list the reason you chose it.

i'll start.

#1

2002 trans am WS6

why the 2002 trans am ws6? it stands out. its like a unicorn farting in the middle of an gun convention its gonna get noticed no matter where it goes. . if this thing had been there when they stormed the beaches of Normandy the Germans wouldn't have fired a shot. they would have been too busy drooling over the front end...just before they got to the back of it and vomited. did i mention its fast? oh yeah the pedal is just a button that releases endorphins directly into your brain. the harder you press it the better things get. just be wary of who you wake up next to in the morning.

where ever the ws6 goes good things happen.

can you say 404 cid stroker? stage 3 heads? 600hp all motor!! oh yeah COME GET SOME!!!!! GET YOU SOME!!!!

#2

1992 camaro Iroc-z

why the 92 camaro? its like rose o' donnel sky diving. you don't want to look but you just gotta. its the runt of the camaro's and it shows. from its boxy styling to its engine, which always dreamed of being a hand grenade(it trys damn it!) the 92 is simply out of place. above all its slow.... there are turds that are slicker then this thing. but that's what makes it special. its odd ball nature is what makes it beautiful. it doesn't care that you think its ugly. itll flip you the bird before giving your mom a dutch oven. it plain doesn't care!

when they get nasty you don't see it coming. its like a ninja in the night, it'll impregnate your dog before lopping your head off.

id like to build a restomod from one of these. drop in a bored 6.2(7.0L) Ls3 from a 2011 camaro ss. stock drivability with NASTY NASTY cams. with the car tipping the scales at a dainty 3200 pounds it would be a rocket in disguise

#3

2011 SRT8 392 (cdc widebody)

what needs to be said here? got a family? do you want to show your girlfriend that your thinking about a family yet at the same time scare her so bad that she'll never let your sperm near her eggs? buy this thing! IT HUGE! it comfortably seats 5! and it has enough horsepower to make the koolaid guy S#$T the crappy ingredients his sloshy cheap tasting internals are made of, which is a good thing cause then maybe he'll stop jumping through peoples walls.

worst. mascot. EVER.

98' Toyota Supra Turbo (2JZ)

[img][/img]

i choose this as my first pick because of its reliabilty, beautiful looks, and the amazing power it can put down.

99'Nissan Skyline GTR (R34)

[img][/img]

I chose this RARE car mainly beacuse of that. only made in Japan for a short time. sad they didnt produce this in the U.S for dumb reasons that could be changed with a few adjustments. Plus the powerful RB26 under the hood

Last but deffinatly not the last on my list
03'BMW M3

[img][/img]

i like this most out of all the bmw's because of the body shape. something about the body of this beast just says "im ready for anything". these have style and comfort with power to back it all up with an inline 6.

The 911 turbo and GT-R are mass-produced and sold in America, so I wouldn't call them 'exotics'.

I think the 911 turbo is fine but I kinda consider the gt-r a supercar. I mean it's Nissan's supercar.

In no particular order:

Just because it is freaking sexy and it has ridiculous power potential.

The S2000 b/c it is a sharp, clean looking car that is quick, and most importantly is a freaking blast to drive.

I've just always loved the oldschool MR2s. They are just different: rear mounted engine, turbo from the factory. Whats not to love?

ctsv 2 door. think we all know why

and an M6

as far as cars go id be there.

would love a 2000 911 turbo but i think of that as an exotic so i left her out. i think as far as something i could drive daily that would be my non ford picks

What constitutes an exotic? The Vantage can be had for the same money as a Shelby GT500 or Z06, so in my opinion its not an exotic or supercar, but it sure is trying to be!! drool

You are assuming I am talking about a 2011? Nowhere did I post what year Vantage sir

An Exotic/Supercar to me is something that is untouchable to the "average joe" EVEN USED untouchable. Lamborghini...even used ones are still going for 130k plus.... Bugatti...insane money.... Ferrari...even used...insane money.

A lightly used under 20k miles Vantage can be had for under $75k....they are on par with BMW M6 pricing. I wouldnt call an M6 an exotic or supercar...would you?... but a 2011 BMW M6 is priced at $100,000 and was posted above by someone else.

2007 $79k

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Authorized-Aston-Martin-Dealer-Others-Available-/250830932353?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3a66b04981

2007 $74K

2007 $74

Sorry but with that pricing....your average joe can touch it and to me does not equal an Exotic and or supercar. But it all comes down to opinion and this is mine.

Where do I get my info you ask? if I told you I would have to kill you son...

If we are leaving supercars and exotics out of the mix, mine are:

Nissan Silvia S15

High performance, built for drift. Much better than the 240SX we got here in the states...

R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R

What more can be said? Sexy, powerful, twin turbo... yum...

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX

A lot of people say the Evo X in their list, but something about this has always caught my eye...

Ok, finally got to a real computer....

1. 1987 Buick Grand National GNX.... still a wicked fast car today and I have wanted one since I was a little kid.

2. 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Night Runner.... This truck took my desires when the Lightning was killed off and this was made in 04. I have driven quite a few, they are a fun truck, still slow for soo much power.. but the sound and feel and 6 speed, its just an awesome truck.

3. Mercedes CLK 63 AMG Black Series... It was tough to pick a 3rd, there are soo many, but I have always like this car and its definetly one of my "lottery" picks some day. Really like the look of the black series

Top all time is definetly a Grand National, I have wanted one forever and still do. When I was 16 it that and a Lightning that I dreamed to own someday... its taking me time, but i will have my dream garage soemday
