Mid America Itenerary

Thursday June 16th
Cruise in: Meet at the west side of the maybe center (81st and Lewis) between 4:00-4:30, we will cruise as a group over to the staging line for the cruise at the hotel. Cruise starts at 6:00
Friday June 17th
Hallett, Banquet, and Special invite Meet at Tulsa Raceway Park 9:00am (between Pine and 36th St, N, off Garnett) For a special invitation to watch some racing. Private track rental. We will leave at 11:00 and head to Hallett motor racing circuit. We will set up and cook lunch as per ususal and leave around 4:00. We will meet back up at the hotel for those who purchased banquet tickets around 6:00. Banquet starts at 7:00
Saturday June 18th
Drag Racing Meet at Tulsa Raceway Park around 9:00-10:00 stay for the day watching the cars tear up the drag strip.
Sunday June 19th
Car Show We wish we could have squeezed everyone into the small area provided for display by our sponsor BHF but its just not possible. We have selected a handfull of cars from the club for this display. Those cars will need to be at the show area by 7:00 am. Everyone else showing this year will need to park in your respective class areas. After you park please come get out of the sun and get a cold drink at the tent area. relax and have fun until the awards at 2:00
Reminders: Club provides drinks at all events, Lunch at Hallett but feel free to bring a side to share.
Bring sunscreen and your chairs, bring your pikepass or toll money if you are coming to hallett, Have fun!!!

I think the Mabee Center may be at 81st & Lewis - not Yale.

I am not going to be able to make the cruise :( But I will be there Sunday for the car show.
