need some help

Anybody able to get me a hookup on getting my GT computer flashed back to stock? When I had RC Specialists (Ford Specialists) do it for me they did it the back door way of typing in random processor codes until something worked. Im afraid that has something to do with some of the tuning issues im having (car doesnt respond to some of my changes such as injectors and maf). So I need to get it flashed to stock correctly using my processor code. I know there are a few people on here that work at dealerships and didn't know if you guys could help out any?
