Everyone knows the first pony car was the Plymouth Barracuda, so on that basis alone the Dodge Challenger, the rightful heir, wins hands down. Yes I know it is built in Canada as well, but then again my mother was Canadian, served in the US Navy WAVES in WWII (that's not World Word Eleven BTW, dispite what some public school teachers would have you believe) and bore me, a 24 year USAF veteran. Can't get much more "American" than that. Personally, I like the Camaro, but then I've always liked baseball, hot dogs & apple pie.
