If you pre-register and it rains, they will make a rain postpone usually, and as it always turns out less people go to the rain-out. Best to wait and make sure we are going to make it before paying...

Something to think about if yall wanna see some fast cars. The 10th starting at 1030pm midweststreetcars have rented thunder valley raceway for king of the concrete. Backwards drags (not drags in reverse they start at the end and race the wrong way for more of a street race launch). They have cars from all over from dallas to chicago. Its always a fun event. Goes all night. Its pretty crazy to watch.

I am in for the Stampede, used to live in Mustang, it will be good to see that little gem of a town again. Any particular brand of 2-ways that you carry? Also, put me down for bringing a side and the utensils since Blaire is going to remind us all and not offer. Thanks buddy.

haha he's still upset because we cooked Brats at Mid-America and all we could find was a plastic fork and it melted before they finished.

If I'm goona cook, I want the proper utensils. BMMC has said utensils, but a certain in-duh-vidual keeps forgetting to bring them. I don't like sacrificing my watermellon fork to the brat gods!

Wal-Mart cheapos... I think you can get them at Big Lots too. I would get something with maybe a mile of range. Our lines can get pretty long but I have never lost contact...

Here's my setup.

Mine looks like this. Eats batteries like a mofo, but it works well.

This one is good too, although you can only talk to one other person at a time, and I hear it gets a lot of wind interference.

They will have a tent set up at the show to register after we get parked.

Hell yeah can't wait to get the Roush in her first show. Where and when are we planning on meeting to head out?
