site messed up?

what happened to the site. before bed last night everything was normal. i wake up this morning (i'm in afghan remember) and it's like i have my screen size set to 200%, but it's not. it's only like this on bmmc

yeah and i tried to resize it to make it look beter then it screwed up all the other websites. whoops.

It was too dark for me to really see much. It looked like everything was blacked out from what little I could see.
