how do you steal .61 of a car? Is this when they strip it and leave the chassis behind?

yeah, this is not really concerning to me. Less than one percent of all cars stolen are shelby gt's. none of the cars received a full percent, that just tells me there are too many cars for criminals to pick from and the odds are too small that any one car is stolen more than others. kind of a pointless fact for me.
