installing a vacuum pump(finaly!)

find the loose wire in my pioneer set up.

wire up my lights and do various electrical improvements

possibles:

undercoat my shelby

make a new intake tray design(may modify the mold if i dont make a new mold all together)

various security updates

aggressive street suspension tune(more toe in, etc) - still thinking hard about this one.

I've been messing with my 2002 Ford Ranger Tremor. Just got the frame fixed on it on Tuesday.

Parts I have or on the way...

..rear disk brake conversion
..front cross drilled rotors
..custom made SS brake lines all around.
..cat back exhaust Have the 2 1/2" Magnaflow tail pipe, 3 1/2" tip, but not decided on what muffler.
..finish leveling the suspension out 3" lift
..shock boots in blue
.. bug deflector

On my wish list....

...4 shallow mount 8" speakers and amp to match.
... carpet the interior and get ride of that vinyl floor.
... Black seats.
... head lights with black backing.
... under drive pulley

In the far future....

...... 22" chrome rims
...... 302 engine conversion w/ an AOD tranny.
...... blue nut sack hanging from the trailer hitch. lol!

Sweet Mike, can't wait to see the progress...

My plans:

- Porting my spare heads
- Rebuilding Valvetrain
- Installing my new cam
- Finishing the prototype supercharger adapter
- Installing Upper/Lower Control Arms
- Subframe Connectors (maybe?)
- Installing 3.73 gears

and of course, stuff to the house...

Didn't you say on Saturday that you were going to hold off on doing all of this to the car because you were going to buy a 5.0?

That, and I have all this stuff sourced, I kinda wanna keep going. All the parts are here, it's just time now... My hope is a big snow storm that keeps me inside for a week or more. Since I can work from home now, I can get paid to work on the car.

Oh I know. I just can't make up my mind. Watch, I'll install all this stuff, then find one I really want, and then lose out selling a supercharged V6 for super cheap.

What about adding catch cans to your exhaust tips so that you can reclaim some of that fuel?

Then your winter project can be a CAI, Pulley and tune and put down 540hp to the tires. Call it "Project 6 no more"

I have been working on them for a while. Just haven't gotten a design that I would be comfortable selling right now. Keep changing my design.

First design was too tall, so I shaved it down. Then the injectors weren't sitting right and causing fuel leaks. I think I have finally gotten it right, so the plan is to the acrylic mock-up so I can check tolerances, then send the specs to the shop and have it cut out. Then I'll toss it on and see what it does.

Do I really need to comment on to what my winter plans are?

Naw... The fuel system is in the car and everything else is done. Just getting things ready for the tune and then we will pull on ole red.

Im thinking there really is a light at the end of the tunnel.

i'm just hoping that for one day the roads will be dry AND clean so i can drive the car while home on vacation. would it be too much to ask for some above 50* weather also...........pretty please.

now next winter will be the real project. if i get the balls to do it i'm going to completely extend all the wiring harness in order to put the fuse box and ecu in the trunk. i hate looking in the engine bay and seeing wires and hoses rather than the engine

I'm going to freshen up all the vitals in the bracket car. Most likey put a set of my ported 3v heads on my 10' Gt, add a set of Hot Rod cams and FRPP manifold for good measure. Oh yea, and keep my business moving foward and keeping customers smiling.
