11 gt tranny out

my wife was driving our 11 gt to work and the clutch stopped working. the pedal would not come back off the floor sounds like the slave cylinder to me what ya'll think?

Does it just stick to the floor at High RPMs?

Kinda scarey... There seems to be a more problems with this tranny than norm... Made in China. Bring it home...

i havent been in it since it has done it but she said she had to pull the pedal off the floor by hand. it has had a ticking noise in the tranny/clutch area since i bought it. Guess i should have got it in sooner.

Take it back... Don't even mess with it. Let the warrentee take care of it.

I've read on a couple other forums about the clutch sticking to the floor during high rpm shifts. Not sure this was the case with yours but nonetheless there do seem to be quite a few issues with the new manual transmissions, as Paul mentioned. Hope you get it taken care of.

Does it have a return spring under the dash.

took it joe cooper the pressure plate bolts backed out and the slave cylinder was also shot they said so getting it all replaced.Have heard of this happening on a few sites so hope ford comes up with a fix. Can't wait to get it back the Altima rental car is just not cutting it.

Have you gotten your car back? Sucks that you already have tranny issues. But you do drag it tho hahaha. J/k. I met you at the track this past summer. I had the sterling gray 5oh with brembos. We talked for awhile. So funny, did your wife tell you that we raced on 169 to owasso? Cool chick man!!
