Looks like a familiar project. Single 12" Stereo Integrity BM mkIII waited 6 months for it but was well worth the wait.

Nice work...Good luck!

Nice and clean.

I still need to tweak and tune my amps. trying to get a good balance.
Jerry hooked up his Iphone to the radio in my truck and played few songs. "Gasoline" sounds really nice and so dose "Hotel California". Couldn't trun it up because of the baby but when I drove off i cranked up AC/DC Hells Bells. LOL! lol!

I came close to being a daddy once when I was in the Marines. My girl lost it. It was sad for both of us.

Here is a update on my system. I just pulled the box back out and did some mods to it. I cut the center out and recess the amp in it and now have the wires going though the box. so so so much cleaner looking now. Papi likes.

Before the mod of the box.

After the mod

I just had it lying around. I had to cover up the boo boo I made when I cut the center carpet section out. Red looks better than blue any way. It just pops.

Re: Boom Boom in the truck.

Dang.... I don't want to think about that. I bought almost all of it off Ebay.

http://stores.ebay.com/Sonic-Electronix-Store
http://stores.ebay.com/HiFi-Sound-Connection-Car-Audio
http://stores.ebay.com/AutoSoundsWarehouse

$60 2 for MDF boards.
$165 Kicker ZX450.2 amp
$140 Kicker ZX350.4 amp
$170 KICKER 09PKD1 dual amp wire kit
$120 KICKER KS68 KS SERIES 6X8" 5X7" 180W CAR SPEAKERS, 2 SETs
$150 2 Kicker 10CVT82 400W 8" Single 2 ohm Shallow-Mount Comp VT Car Audio Subwoofers
$20 50" blue 16 gauge speaker wire
$20 Pepboys carpet
??? 3 sets of Kicker RCA cables
??? Kicker Positive battery terminal
??? Kicker 100amp fuse
??? butt connectors, zip ties, bla bla bla....
-----
$825 DAMMMMMMMMM.... not including shipping.

Still haven't bought a head unit yet. I have a simple Pioneer that came with the truck.

I went with Kicker because we all went to the Kicker Bash last year and I like what they had on display. Looked and sound good.

The box I made was for the shallow speaker and didn't want a big monster box. Built the box according to Kicker specs. Found a "build a speaker box calculator" on the internet and just plugged numbers in to see what will fit back there. I wanted the best and loudest boom so I went with the max size with the ported box.
