how effective is the dynamat? i was thinking about putting some in my shelby just to cut some of the rumble down on the highway(it can cause headaches some times)

so laying some down in the trunk and cabo floor would help. the only noise im concerned with is the rumble if i can cut it down even alittle its worth it

dynamat is pretty damn expensive. i'd go with the off brand like david did. if doing the entire car you'll end up saving hundreds for the same outcome

Yeah, I started using FatMat Rattle Trap but I could smell the asphalt in that stuff - yuck. FatMat took back what I had left and gave me a full refund; then I bought the FatMat Mega Mat - more expensive than the Rattle Trap, but the Mega Mat is all butyl (no asphalt filler) and has no odor. Mega Mat is very good stuff, and still less than the Dynamat Extreme.
