2 ways
1. upload to photobucket copy the img code and paste it in the area that you type your text in.
2. click on the picture w/ a little "floppy disc" that says host an image when you scroll the mouse over it. browse your computer for the picture you want. after it downloads. copy the img code (don't use the thumbnail code) and paste it in the place you type your text.

You cannot paste it from your computers location. You must first host the image. Click the button with the little picture and save disk on it. Click choose file. Select the photo from your hard drive that you want to host, then click upload. It will give you three choices to copy. Copy the bottom link that says img URL. past the link you just copied in the insert img box to the right of the box you clicked to host the image. If you click preview, you should be able to see your photo you just uploaded.
